| (1) | The Minister must determine a seal of office for the registrar, which must be placed on the registration certificate of co-operatives and in so far as it may be required in terms of any provision of this Act or otherwise as prescribed, on any other document issued by the registrar in terms of this Act. |
| (2) | The placing of the seal of office of the registrar will be judicially noticed in evidence. |
