Part 3 : Composition and Membership of Commission

Purchase

1)	The President must appoint a member of the Commission or another person satisfying the qualifications set out in section 10 as the Chairperson of the Commission.

2)	The person appointed as the Chairperson of the Commission must be a fit and proper person to hold office as Chairperson.

3)	The President may appoint a Deputy Chairperson from the ranks of the Commission.
