Part 4 : Operation of Commission

Purchase

1)	The Chairperson of the Commission decides when and where the Commission meets, but must convene a meeting within 30 days after the receipt of a request supported by a majority of the members to convene a meeting of the Commission.

2)	The Commission must meet at least quarterly.

3)	The Chairperson or, in the absence of the Chairperson, the Deputy Chairperson presides at meetings of the Commission, but if both are absent from a meeting, the members present must elect another member to preside at the meeting.
