The Commission for the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Cultural, Religious and Linguistic Communities referred to in section 181(1)(c) of the Constitution-
| a) | is independent; |
| b) | is a juristic person; and |
| c) | must be impartial and must exercise its powers and perform its functions without fear, favour or prejudice. |
