Chapter 3 : Applications

Purchase

(1)	The ombud must, on application by an affected person, allow such person to inspect and obtain copies of—

(a)	the application;

(b)	submissions made in regard to the application;

(c)	the applicant’s response to the submissions; and

(d)	the ombud’s current list of adjudicators.

(2)	An application in terms of this section must be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
