PROCLAMATION NO. 55 OF 2016

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA
In terms of section 60 of the Community Schemes Ombud Service Act, 2011 (Act No 9 of 2011), I hereby determine that the Act shall come into operation on the date of publication in the Government Gazette.
