The Registrar shall in every calendar year submit to the Minister a report containing such information concerning the registration of companies of each type, their authorised capitals or numbers of shares, increases in and reductions of capital, prospectuses, windings-up, judicial managements, deregistrations and dissolutions of companies, additional fees collected, prosecutions and convictions under this Act, matters dealt with by the standing advisory committee appointed under this Act and other matters as the Minister may direct; and the Minister shall table the report in the House of Assembly.
