No company shall within one year after the date of registration of a prospectus vary or agree to the variation of the year of a contract referred to in such prospectus unless the variation in specific terms is authorised or ratified by a general meeting of members of the company of which notice has been given on a date not earlier than six months after the date of registration of the prospectus
