A company may at any time after the registration of its articles, submit to the Registrar a document in the prescribed form, containing a consolidated and full statement of all the articles applying to the company, on payment of the prescribed fee, the Registrar must issue, in respect of that document, a certificate to the effect that the articles stated therein constitute the articles of the company as at the date of the certificate.
