Regulations Winding-Up and Judicial management of Companies

1. Definitions

 

 

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise indicates-

 

"the Act",

means the Companies Act, 1973 (Act 61 of 1973);

 

"sheriff",

includes a deputy-sheriff; and a word or expression to which a meaning has been assigned in the Act, shall bear that meaning.
