(1)	This Act is called the Companies Act, 2008, and, subject to subsection (2), comes into operation on a date fixed by the President by proclamation in the Gazette.

(2)	Section 11(1)(a)(ii) and (iii) shall come into operation three years from the date of commencement of this Act.
