I, Adv Rory Wayne Voller, Commissioner of the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) hereby designate new electronic filing method for Company and Close Corporation forms by way of of Mobile Application, as pursuant to section 6(13) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 read with Companies Regulation 169, 2011.
This new electronic filing method will be introduced as from 1 August 2018.
