I, Mpho Parks Tau, Minister of Trade and Industry, after consultation with the Competition Commission, hereby in terms of section 21 (4) read with section 79A of the Competition Act, 1998 (Act No. 89 of 1998), make the regulations as set out in the Schedule hereto.
The regulations will come into effect on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
