| 1. | By virtue of the powers vested in me in terms of section 10(3)(b)(iv) of the Competition Act, 1998 (Act No. 89 of 1998), I Ebrahim Patel, Minister of Trade, Industry and Competition, hereby— |
| (a) | extend the current period of designation of the South African Petroleum Industry Association (SAPIA), as determined in Government Gazette No. 50177 of 23 February 2024, for a further twenty-five (25) months until 30 June 2026; and |
| (b) | determine that this Notice shall be in force and effect as from 1 June 2024. |
