(1) | If a proposed soil conservation work will probably not be completed in time to ensure that a notice referred to in section 13(1) can be furnished on or before the expiry date referred to in section 13(2)(c), the executive officer may on application postpone that expiry date. |
(2) | The provisions of section 12 with regard to an application for a consent to construct a proposed soil conservation work shall apply mutatis mutandis with regard to an application for the postponement of the expiry date specified in such consent: Provided that such application shall reach the extension officer concerned not later that the expiry date specified in the consent concerned. |
(3) | When the executive officer approves an application for the postponement of the expiry date specified in a consent referred to in section 12, he shall issue a fresh consent for the construction of the proposed soil conservation work concerned. |
