A. Declarations

Declarations of chemical weapons production facilities pursuant to Article III, paragraph 1(c)(iii)

Purchase

The declaration of chemical weapons production facilities pursuant to Article Ill, paragraph 1(c)(iii), shall contain all information specified in paragraph 1 above. It is the responsibility of the State Party on whose territory the facility is or has been located to make appropriate arrangements with the other State to ensure that the declarations are made. If the State Party on whose territory the facility is or has been located is not able to fulfil this obligation, it shall state the reasons therefor.
