1. Definitions

In this Act, unless the context otherwise indicates

means the Chief Justice of South Africa;

means the Constitutional Court established in terms of section 98(1) of the Constitution;

means the President or any other judge of the Court;

means the Minister of Justice;

means the registrar or an assistant registrar of the Court appointed in terms of section 14;

means the rules of the Court promulgated under section 16 of the Constitution.
