| (1) | The Board shall keep and maintain a register of the prescribed particulars of contractors who are registered with the Board and a registered contractor must, in writing, notify the Board of substantive changes of those particulars within 30 days after such a change. |
| (2) | A contractor may apply to the Board to amend its category status. |
