The court, other than the court of a regional division, shall have jurisdiction over all offences, except treason, murder, [and] rape and compelled rape as contemplated in sections 3 and 4 of the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Amendment Act, 2007, respectively.'. |
