Under section 9 of the Criminal Law (Forensic Procedures) Amendment Act, 2013 (Act No. 37 of 2013), I hereby determine 31 January 2022 as the date on which section 2 of the Act shall come into operation, to the extent that it inserts section 36D(1) in the Criminal Procedure Act, 1977 (Act No. 51 of 1977).
