A court preparation officer, a victim assistance officer, the court manager or a suitable official delegated by the court manager must accompany a complainant to and from any of the facilities referred to in regulation 4, the court room and the restrooms to be used by complainants in order to prevent, to the extent possible, the complainant from coming into physical contact with the accused or from being intimidated by the accused or any other person associated with the accused.
