| (1) | For the registration of a notarial bond specially hypothecating a registered lease or sublease the deed of lease or sublease shall be produced to the registrar. |

| (2) | In registering such bond the registrar shall endorse on the deed that the lease or sublease has been hypothecated by the bond. |
| (3) | The provisions of subsection (1) of section fifty-six shall mutatis mutandis apply in respect of any lease or sublease so hypothecated. |
