The Minister of Health has, under section 42 of the Dental Technicians Act, 1979 (Act No. 19 of 979), on the recommendation of the South African Dental Technicians Council, hereby specify the acts or omissions, as set out in the Schedule hereto, in respect of which the council may take disciplinary action.
