Development Bank of Southern Africa Act, 1997 (Act No. 13 of 1997)9. Tenure and conditions of office of directors |
| (1) | A director shall hold office for a period of three years, but shall be eligible for reappointment. |
| (2) | A director shall receive such service benefits, including the reimbursement of expenses in connection with travelling and subsistence, as may be prescribed by regulation. |
