The mandate of the Bank shall be focused on the provision of financial, technical and other assistance to achieve the objects of the Bank as provided in section 3 of the Act, with a focus in its investment activities on infrastructure funding broadly defined and with the object of acting as a catalyst to maximise private sector access to opportunities in the provision of public funding.
