Chapter V : The Diamond Trade

If the Regulator grants an application referred to in section 45, the chief executive officer of the Regulator shall against payment of the prescribed fee register the premises in question as a diamond trading house and issue to the applicant a certificate of registration as a diamond trading house on the prescribed form.

2)	The registration of any premises as a diamond trading house in terms of subsection (1) shall be subject to the prescribed conditions.
