In accordance with the powers invested in me by section 5(2) of the Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges Act, 2001 (Act No. 37 of 2001), I hereby recognise the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) for the purposes of granting immunities and privileges.

In accordance with section 7(1) of the said Act, the immunities and privileges to be accorded to the International Fund for Agricultural Development is provided for in the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of South Africa and the International Fund for Agricultural Development on the Establishment of a Country Office, signed on 7 March 2019.
