| (1) | Health authorities in the three spheres of government must identify areas where there is a need for the deployment of health personnel to respond to the COVID-19 outbreak irrespective of their areas of jurisdiction or area of responsibility. |
| (2) | All health personnel must be available for deployment to the identified sites such as quarantine facilities and any other areas that require health services. |
