Act
1. Definitions
2. Documents emanating from designated countries are deemed to have their origin in Republic
3. Conditions for admissibility in Republic of certain foreign documents
4. Minister may designate certain countries and declare institutions, offices, qualifications, functions or activities in designated country as equivalent to institutions, offices, qualifications, functions or activities in Republic
5. Short title and commencement
"Minister"
means the Minister of Justice.
