| (1) | Clerks of the court must adhere strictly to time frames provided for in the Act and Regulations for the service or forwarding of documents. |
| (2) | Where no specific time frame is provided for the service or forwarding of documents, such documents must be served or forwarded without delay. |
| (3) | If there is a foreseeable delay that is beyond the control of the clerk of the court, that clerk must approach the magistrate for directions. |
| (4) | Where service or forwarding of documents is required, the clerk of the court must do so by hand or electronically, or serve as specified in the order of court. |
