Proclamation No. 230 of 2024

In terms of section 7(2) of the Electronic Deeds Registration Systems Act, 2019 (Act No. 19 of 2019), I hereby determine 02 December 2024 as the date on which section 4 and 5 of the said Act shall come into operation.
