If it is required of an educator to perform official duties at a centre other than his or her headquarters and he or she has of necessity to make use of transport approved by the employer to travel between his or her headquarters and such centre he or she may be compensated in accordance with a tariff determined by the Minister by the employer for the expenditure involved.
