Chapter VI : Miscellaneous provisions

Purchase

(1)	The laws mentioned in the Schedule are hereby amended to the extent indicated in the third column thereof.

(2)	The provisions of the Prevention of Illegal [Squatting Act, 1951 (Act No. 52 of 1951)] Eviction from and Unlawful Occupation of Land Act, 1998, shall not apply to an occupier in respect of land which he or she is entitled to occupy or use in terms of this Act.
