| (1) | Any person who fails to comply with the obligations provided for in section 24C(2) of the Act shall be guilty of an offence and liable, upon conviction, to a fine not exceeding R50,000.00 or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding six months or to both a fine and such imprisonment. |
