Renewal of the licence to conduct the business of an adult premises |
(1) | An application for the renewal of the licence to conduct the business of an adult premises must be filed using the forms, whether in paper format or electronically, accessed from the FPB’s offices on Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, from 9h00 to 16h00 or obtained electronically from the FPB‘s website. |
(2) | The application referred to in sub-regulation 28 (1) of these Regulations must be accompanied with the proof of payment of the prescribed fee and either a confirmation that the supporting documents are still valid and accurate, or where there have been any changes to provide copies of the said supporting documentation. |
(3) | The application for the renewal of the licence in terms of sub-regulation 28(1) of these Regulations must be made within 90 (ninety) days from the date of expiry of the licence issued by the FPB. |
(4) | If an application for the renewal of the licence is not made within 90 (ninety) days from the date of expiry of that licence, such licence shall cease to be valid. |
