Films, games and publications removed from display in terms of regulation 32 must—
| (a) | Be sealed in a marked seal bag and seal numbers recorded in the notice; |
| (b) | be stored in safe storage within the premises; and |
| (c) | not be displayed until the distributor or exhibitor complies with the Act. |
