| (1) | Unless otherwise permitted by the FPB, a registration certificate contemplated in regulation 2(3)(a) or 2(3)(b) must be displayed conspicuously— |
| (a) | inside all premises; |
| (b) | in any other registered business; or |
| (c) | on the platform of the commercial online distributor; |
at which the distribution of films and games occurs.
