Purchase

(a)	sections 31 and 39 of the Powers and Privileges of Parliament Act, 1963 (Act No. 91 of 1963); and

(b)	in the Public Finance Management Act—

(i)	sections 3(1)(d) and 3(2);

(ii)	[Section 72(b)(ii) deleted by section 20 of Act No. 34 of 2014];

(iii)

(iv)	the word "Parliament," in section 13(5);

(v)	section 22(1)(a); and

(vi)	the words 'a provincial legislature or' in section 22(5).
