I, Dube Phineas Tshidi, Registrar of Securities Services, hereby give notice under section 71(3) (c) (ii) of the Financial Markets Act, 2012 (Act No. 19 of 2012) that the amendments to Strate Rules have been approved. Please be advised that the rules are available on the official website of the Financial Services Board (www.fsb.co.za) and that of the central securities depository (www.strate.co.za).

The amended rules come into operation on 26 September 2017.
