I Dube Phineas Tshidi, Registrar of Securities Services, hereby give notice under section 11(6)(d) of the Financial Markets Act, 2012 (Act No. 19 of 2012) that the amendments to the JSE Listings Requirements have been approved. Please be advised that the approved amendments are available on the official website of the Financial Services Board (FSB) (www.fsb.co.za) and the website of the market infrastructure (www.¡se.co.za).

The amendments come into operation on Monday, 18 December 2017.
