The Financial Sector Authority (FSCA) hereby gives notice under section 11(6)(d)(ii) of the Financial Markets Act, 2012 (Act no. 19 of 2012) that the amendments to the JSE Debt Listings Requirements have been approved. Please be advised that the requirements have been published on the official website of the FSCA (www.fsca.co.za) and on the website of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) (www.jse.co.za).

The amendments come into operation 30 days from the date of publication of this notice.
