Financial Sector Conduct Authority
The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) hereby gives notice under section 71(3)(c)(ii) of the Financial Markets Act, 19 of 2012 that the amendments to the JSE Derivatives Rules and Directives have been approved. Please be advised that the rules have been published on the official website of FSCA (www.fsca.co.za) and the website of JSE (www.jse.co.za).
The amendments come into operation on 29 April 2019.
