| (1) | The levy, in respect of a manager of a collective investment scheme in property referred to in Part V of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, is an amount of R102 357 in respect of each portfolio. |
| (2) | The levy referred to in subparagraph (1) must be paid not later than 31 July of the levy year. |
