Purchase

(1)	The levy, in respect of a manager administering a collective investment scheme in participation bonds referred to in Part VI of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, consists of:

(a)	a base amount of R12 337;

(b)	an amount of R1 911 in respect of each scheme; and

(c)	0.0000457% of the aggregate amount owing by mortgagors on 31 December 2019.

(2)	The levy referred to in subparagraph (1) is calculated for four quarters and must be paid not later than 30 September of the levy year.
