The Minister may, after consultation with the board and the Council and by notice in the Gazette, make regulations regarding—
(b) |
the limitations on the jurisdiction of the statutory ombud, having regard to— |
(i) |
the factual or legal complexity of any complaint dealt with by the statutory ombud; |
(ii) |
the nature of the client whose complaint is dealt with by the statutory ombud; |
(iv) |
the legal relationship between the client whose complaint is to be dealt with and the financial institution; |
(c) |
any matter which in terms of this Act is required or permitted to be prescribed; and |
(d) |
any other matter which it is necessary to prescribe in order to achieve the objects of this Act. |
