Chapter 1 : Collection of Contributions by Fund-raising Organizations, other Organizations and Persons

(1)	The Minister shall, subject to the laws governing the public service, appoint a Director of Fund-raising, who shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be conferred or imposed upon him by this Act.

(2)	The Director may, in addition to the other powers and functions conferred or imposed upon him by this Act, generally or in any specified case take such steps as he may deem necessary or desirable to regulate or to co-ordinate the collection of contributions.

(3)	The Director shall be subject to the administrative control of the Secretary.
