Any constitution of an organisation or branch referred to in section 28 of the Act shall—
(a) |
set forth the name of such organisation or branch; |
(b) |
accurately, succinctly and unambiguously set forth the objects of such organisation or branch; |
(c) |
lay down the qualifications for membership of such organisation or branch and define the powers and privileges of its members; |
(d) |
provide for the management of its affairs by a committee consisting of not less than five members and define the powers and functions of such committee and set forth the procedure for the appointment or election of the members of such committee; |
(e) |
define the area in which contributions will be collected by or for or on behalf of such organisation or branch and in which its business will be carried on; |
(f) |
state the manner in which the assets of such organisation or branch shall, on its dissolution, be disposed of; |
(g) |
set out the procedure for amending the constitution. |
