| (1) | The Gas Regulator may by way of application on notice of motion apply to the High Court for an order suspending or revokmg a licence if there exists any ground justifying such suspension or revocation, such as failure of the licensee to carry out the construction, operation or trading activities for which the licence was granted. |
| (2) | The court before which an application is made under subsection (1) may grant or refuse the application and may make such order as to costs and maintaining the services of the licensee as it may deem fit. |
