Government Immovable Asset Management Act, 2007 (Act No. 19 of 2007)23. Short title and commencement |
| (1) | This Act is called the Government Immovable Asset Management Act, 2007, and comes into operation on a date determined by the President by proclamation in the Gazette. |
| (2) | Different dates may be determined in respect of different provisions of this Act, and the dates so determined may differ in respect of different national and provincial departments. |
