| (1) | A complaint concerning an alleged misconduct by a student must be reported to the vice-chancellor or his or her delegate, who must deal with such complaint in accordance with the procedures referred to in paragraph 73(2). |
| (2) | A student charged with an alleged misconduct is entitled to a fair hearing by the appropriate disciplinary body, which conforms to the requirements of the Constitution and the law. |
